Our culinary trained chefs are led by Executive Chef, Steven Herzog, who brings his talent and experience to your table. Before moving to Washington in 2002, Herzog worked twenty years in the resort kitchens of the California wine country. Whether choosing Pacific Northwest, regional or international cuisine, Chef Herzog delights the palate and the eye with savory recipes and original takes on classic dishes. From traditional meals to epicurean delights, our chefs produce the perfect menu to fit your reception, party or meeting. From casual presentations to lighted ice sculptures, our crew can create the look you desire.
Your event planning experience is guided by Catering Coordinator, Sarah jane Keith. With 18 years in the food and beverage service industry, Sarah jane brings experience from the east coast, west coast, gulf coast and Caribbean. She will help you pre-plan all the details and then ensure the event flows smoothly. On the day of your social or business occasion we provide further on-site coordination for set-up, staging, timing and guest comfort. We are happy to assist in coordination with your photographer, florist, decorator, cake vendor, band, DJ or additional wedding planner.
We provide exceptional service at the bar, with MAST certified bartenders through the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Our bartenders serve your guests professionally and responsibly with Host or No- Host Bar Service Packages.
At the helm of our ship, with over 20 years experience, are Tom and Barb Kilpatrick, owners of Windows on the Bay and Hilltop Restaurant and Catering. Tom works closely with the catering coordinator, chefs and service staff while Barb concentrates her creative work on the design and interior decoration team.
