Our INCLUSIVE PLAN will save you time and effort.

Included in your rental:  "Full service set-up, clean-up and breakdown."  Choice of tables and chairs, china, flatware, standard glassware, table linens, linen napkins for dinner events, dance floor, projector screen, wireless microphone, pre-event planning meetings, and an on site coordinator for the day of your event. Food and Beverage Service:  Provided exclusively by Windows on the Bay.   Minimum food and beverage service applies.  

High Season: June thru September, December    Low Season: October, November, January thru May
